Chef Paul-Anthony Johnson is a culinary professional from Cambridge, born in February 1982. With Jamaican roots and residency in England, he has been associated with at least one company role, most notably as a director for JJR London Limited since September 10, 2020. His career includes a position as Senior Sous Chef at Parker's Tavern and a notable appointment as Head Chef at The White Swan near Cambridge, Hyatt in Eddington (2021 ) and Madingley Hall in 2023. With the experience of well over two decades and a half, I have gathered practical and theoretical knowledge from a broad spectrum of the catering and hospitality arena, being a chef since the mid-90’s. My foot print travels from the resorts of the Caribbean islands, to the English Victorian hotel of Cumbria’s, Gastro Pub of Cambridge, Michelin star rated restaurant, rosettes Hotels, Colleges and Conferencing centre within the UK. Throughout the journey, I have managed to carry out the duty from a line staff to executive stewardship of multiple kitchen.
